Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: March 2026
OBERIG d.o.o. is committed to making oberig.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current accessibility status of our website, known limitations, and how to contact us if you experience any issues.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies.
Measures we have taken
To support accessibility, we have implemented the following across oberig.com:
- Semantic HTML5 structure with proper heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3)
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page for keyboard users
- All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
- All images include descriptive alt text or are marked as decorative
- Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for normal and large text
- Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
- ARIA labels on buttons, navigation, and landmark regions
- All form inputs have associated labels
- The site respects the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting, animations are disabled for users who prefer it - Light and dark mode support, respecting the
prefers-color-schemesystem setting - Responsive layout that works at 400% text zoom without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
While we work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across the entire site, some areas are still being improved:
- Some PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible. We are working to provide accessible alternatives.
- Third-party components (booking widget, analytics) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We select vendors that prioritise accessibility and raise issues with them directly.
European Accessibility Act
As a company registered in Slovenia (EU), we are aware of the obligations under the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which applies from June 2025. We are actively working to ensure full compliance ahead of this deadline.
