People are expected to understand the goal, not just complete tasks. If something is broken, it gets fixed. If something can be improved, it gets raised.

We do not hide behind polite optimism. If a feature is unlikely to work or a timeline looks unrealistic, we say so early and explain why.

We move fast, but not by creating mess for later. Clean code, proper testing, and clear architecture save time far better than rushed fixes.

Built Oberig from a small Ukrainian dev team into what it is today. 25 years in, I still get on every first call myself: I want to understand the problem before anyone starts talking about solutions.
I started in web design, then frontend pulled me in completely. It's still my passion 25 years later. Co-founder at Oberig, I build the products we ship. AI is my current obsession: the way it's changing what's possible on the frontend is hard to ignore.
Our engineering team includes senior developers, QA specialists, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and project managers. all with 5–15 years of experience.

Our engineering team works across Ukraine and Europe. Senior developers, QA specialists, and designers with real experience in web, mobile, AI, and cloud.
We work in CET/EET timezones with full overlap for European clients and 4–6 hours overlap with US East Coast. English is our working language.
