How we work

How we work

Not brand language. Just the standards the team actually works by.

01

Ownership without hand-holding

People are expected to understand the goal, not just complete tasks. If something is broken, it gets fixed. If something can be improved, it gets raised.

02

Straight answers, early

We do not hide behind polite optimism. If a feature is unlikely to work or a timeline looks unrealistic, we say so early and explain why.

03

Speed without shortcuts

We move fast, but not by creating mess for later. Clean code, proper testing, and clear architecture save time far better than rushed fixes.

04

Long-term by default

Most client relationships last well beyond a single release. The team learns the business, understands the product, and works like people who expect to still be here next year.

Built Oberig from a small Ukrainian dev team into what it is today. 25 years in, I still get on every first call myself: I want to understand the problem before anyone starts talking about solutions.

I started in web design, then frontend pulled me in completely. It's still my passion 25 years later. Co-founder at Oberig, I build the products we ship. AI is my current obsession: the way it's changing what's possible on the frontend is hard to ignore.

Our engineering team includes senior developers, QA specialists, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and project managers. all with 5–15 years of experience.

Working with us

What to expect

Direct communication

No account managers in the middle. You talk to the people who write the code. Shared Slack, daily standups, weekly demos.

Agile by default

Sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives. not as buzzwords, but as discipline. You see working software every 1–2 weeks.

Your tools, your rules

Your Jira, your GitHub, your Slack. The team adapts to your processes. Not the other way around.

Long-term mindset

Average engagement: 2+ years. No quick wins mentality. Products and relationships that last.
